Write it Down!

To stay motivated get in the habit of writing things down. Not only will note taking help you remember the details in pursuing your goals, it is also a tangible way of making those great ideas and aspirations more attainable.

Grab a sheet of paper or a journal and write down a few objectives for the coming year.

Break it Down!

Life won't go according to planned unless you know what that plan is. Break your goals down into small achievable steps. Not only will you feel less overwhelmed, you will gain the confidence boost to continue to move forward when you start to see results.

On the next sheet write down five tasks that you can do over the next 90 days that will help you move toward your objective.
